  • 1:1 Personal Training: Customized one-on-one training focused on strength, mobility, conditioning, and long-term results. Sessions are tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any limitations—perfect for beginners through advanced clients. $60 per session

    Corrective Exercise Sessions: Designed for individuals dealing with pain, injury recovery, or movement limitations. These sessions focus on improving mobility, posture, muscle imbalances, and functional movement patterns to help you move better and feel better. $65 per session

    Stretch & Mobility Sessions: A guided session focused on flexibility, joint mobility, and muscle recovery. Great for reducing stiffness, improving movement quality, and supporting injury prevention. $50 per session

    Rehab / Prehab Training: For clients transitioning from physical therapy or looking to prevent future injuries. These sessions bridge the gap between rehab and full training with safe, intentional movement. $65 per session

  • Individual Nutrition Coaching Session: A one-on-one nutrition session focused on education, clarity, and practical next steps. Ideal if you want guidance without a long-term commitment.

    Includes:

    • Review of current eating habits

    • Macro & nutrient education

    • Support for low sodium, high fiber, blood sugar–friendly needs

    • Simple, realistic recommendations (no restrictive dieting)

    $75 per session

    Custom Meal Plan: Plans made just for you! Balanced, nutrient-focused, and flexible. Dietary restrictions like low sugar, high fiber, low sodium? No problem! No missing food groups, no bland meals—just food you’ll actually enjoy.

    Includes:

    • 7 days of meals (including snacks)

    • Grocery list

    $100 one-time fee

    Nutrition Empowerment Program: Duration: 4–6 weeks (client choice)
    Session Length: 30 minutes
    Goal: Teach clients how to read labels, understand food, build habits, and confidently make nutrition decisions.

    Includes:

    • Initial nutrition assessment

    • Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins

    Mommy’s Day Out Bootcamp: An all levels, high-energy, efficient workout designed for moms while their kids are in Mother’s Day Out. Focuses on strength, cardio, and core with a supportive, fun vibe. $20 per class or $75/month

Sweat & Reset is a small group class designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your body without the burnout.

This low-impact, no-floor workout combines controlled strength training, light cardio, and intentional movement, followed by a guided reset to help regulate your nervous system.

Perfect for all fitness levels, including those needing a more supportive, joint-friendly approach.

Foundation Flow is where we slow things down to build things right. This class focuses on full-body strength, stability, and movement quality so you can feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in how you move—inside and outside the gym.

Expect controlled strength training, single-side work, and core stability paired with intentional pacing that helps you stay connected to every rep. No rushing. No chaos. Just solid, grounded work that builds a stronger foundation over time.

This is the class that improves everything else you do-your strength, your form, and your ability to move with control in everyday life.

A low-impact, feel-good movement class designed for moms who need a reset both physically and mentally.

This class is your dedicated time to step away from the noise and come back to yourself. This class blends gentle strength, mobility, core stability, and calming movement patterns to help you feel better in your body without stress or intensity.

Expect a supportive, slower-paced environment focused on relieving tension, improving posture, and rebuilding energy - not draining it. You’ll move, breathe, and reset in a way that feels nourishing instead of exhausting.
